 URBAN II supported a partnership project with ELCAP and Houghton Racecourse Access Point to substantially increase the training on offer to the URBAN II area. Thereby offering many more valuable resources to share, resulting in more people in URBAN II and surrounding Coalfields area accessing learning; developing their skills and their potential to gain and access employment opportunities.
